- Desirable: Healthcare experience, project management skills, and advanced IT proficiency.
- Assist the Client Service Delivery Manager with on-site service delivery.
- Act as the first point of contact for site requests, directing or escalating as needed.
- Maintain and calibrate occupational health equipment per asset management standards.
- Manage weekly stock checks and replenishment of consumables and travel vaccines.
- Coordinate health surveillance clinics, including scheduling, locations, and kit allocation.
- Liaise with client stakeholders for health surveillance scheduling.
- Organise training and support clinical events with venue and material setup.
- Provide basic data support to stakeholders as required.
- Ensure site facilities meet operational needs and coordinate with facility contacts.
- Assist with site audits and new colleague onboarding (security clearance, inductions, PPE).
- Handle calls for emergency response/first aid services and direct walk-in enquiries.
- Salary of £25,000
