• Handling a caseload of pre-litigated RTA claims from inception to settlement.
• Reviewing medical evidence, assessing liability, and negotiating settlements.

• Collaborating with the litigation team to ensure seamless case transitions when necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and procedures.

• Proven experience managing pre-litigated RTA claims.
