Key Responsibilities:- Handling a caseload of pre-litigated RTA claims from inception to settlement.
- Reviewing medical evidence, assessing liability, and negotiating settlements.
- Preparing and drafting documentation for claims progression.
- Providing exceptional client care through regular communication and updates.
- Collaborating with the litigation team to ensure seamless case transitions when necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and procedures.
- Proven experience managing pre-litigated RTA claims.
- Strong knowledge of the MOJ Portal and pre-action protocols.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
