- Support credit control team with escalations
- Approving credit limits
- Raising credit notes
- Chasing of outstanding balances via phone, letter and e-mail
- Actively pursue direct debit sign up by customers
- Cash allocation and correctly posting of cash
- Query resolution and escalation following chase procedures and policies
- Develop external relationships with customers and in particular key customers
- Develop internal relationships, particularly sales and customer services
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role
