The Role
Are you passionate about transforming the lives of young people who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and those with additional needs? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Manager to lead our Future Focus (NEETS) & Supported Internship programmes, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and impactful learning experiences.
As Curriculum Manager, you will:
- Develop and oversee engaging, inclusive curricula tailored to at risk of becoming NEET, NEET learners and supported interns.
- Ensure outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment that lead to positive progression outcomes.
- Lead and inspire a team of tutors, job coaches, and support staff.
- Build strong employer and stakeholder partnerships to create meaningful work placement opportunities.
- Monitor performance, compliance, and funding requirements to maintain excellence.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in curriculum design and management within the NEET/SEN/Supported Internship sector.
- A strong understanding of employability skills, vocational education, and inclusion strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build relationships with employers, local authorities, and education partners.
- Knowledge of funding streams such as ESFA, Supported Internships, and AEB is desirable.
