The Role 

Responsible to the Head of Student Services, the post holder will take responsibility for the daily operation and development of services within The Exchange and The Exchange @UCBC at Blackburn College. Tasked with creating a welcoming, positive experience for customers which embraces the latest technologies to enhance their learning experience, you will be able to respond to the different needs of various customer groups.  

What are we looking for?  

The post holder will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will lead on assisting students and staff in making full use of the resources available. You will also be responsible for liaising with the Learning Technology team to plan and deliver a program of activities for students and staff on a range of topics. The role will require close liaison with teaching staff across the college to develop a responsive service which enhances and supports curriculum needs.
