Sales Support Advisor

Are you an organised administrator with a strong customer service mindset and some insurance knowledge?

We’re looking for a Sales Support Advisor to join our collaborative team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a support role, enjoys variety, and is confident handling client-focused admin in a professional setting.

You’ll work closely with experienced consultants to ensure clients receive seamless, high-quality support across a portfolio of health and wellbeing products including private medical insurance, health cash plans, and travel insurance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to consultants
  • Managing policy memberships (adding/removing members, updating details, liaising with insurers)
  • Handling office tasks including post, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system
  • Ensuring all data is compliant with GDPR and FCA regulations
  • Liaising with internal teams and external insurers to ensure accuracy and service delivery

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong administrative and customer service experience
  • Background or exposure to insurance, ideally in a support or coordination role
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Professional, proactive, and great at managing multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training or team meetings
