Primary Teacher - Reception Class (Early Years Specialist)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher with a specialism in Early Years Education to join a welcoming Reception class at a well-regarded "Good" school within the Blackburn area. This position is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about fostering a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young learners.

• Lead the Reception class, implementing a creative and child-centered curriculum that supports each child's development.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and curiosity.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and achievements.

• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Early Years.
• Experience: Previous experience teaching Early Years or Reception is highly desirable, though ECTs with relevant Early Years training are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for early childhood education.
