re you passionate about supporting children's education and development? We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join primary and secondary schools in Blackburn.
The Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Work 1:1 or in small groups with students to enhance learning
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
- Provide tailored support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), if required
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning)
- Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and positive approach to learning support
- Flexible working options (part-time & full-time available)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
