We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support both a Year 1 and Year 4 classes. This exciting role combines classroom assistance with 1:1 support for individual students, ensuring that each child receives the help they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support learning in both Year 1 and Year 4 classrooms, assisting with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
  • Provide 1:1 support to students who need extra help, ensuring their academic and emotional needs are met.
  • Help with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children in primary education.
  • Ability to support both group and individual learning needs.
  • A positive attitude and a flexible approach to meet the needs of different students.
