Join our team as a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst! This role is pivotal in supporting our financial and business strategy by transforming data into meaningful insights to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Coach non-finance colleagues to improve their financial literacy.

Identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans for the finance function.

Provide guidance to senior stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational goals.

Develop and implement policies, processes, and systems aligned with business objectives.

Manage stakeholder communication strategies and relationships.

Act as a sponsor for projects, overseeing interdependencies and opportunities.

Report on functional performance to support business evaluation and planning.

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

Support risk management policies and ensure compliance with regulations.

Lead initiatives to improve cross-functional collaboration.
Key Deliverables:

Support budgeting and forecasting processes, provide profitability analysis, and produce commercial reports.

Identify and coordinate improvements through stakeholder collaboration.

Drive business improvement initiatives to enhance profitability.
Qualifications:
-
Part-qualified or aiming to start ACA / CIMA / ACCA / CIPFA qualification.

Some experience in a finance function supporting commercial decisions is advantageous.

Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and internal relationship management skills.

Ability to deliver quality outputs on time amidst competing demands.

Strong commercial acumen.
