Location: BlackburnReports To: Finance Manager Salary: Up to £40,000Search is working with a growing manufacturing company who are expanding their team and looking for a Accounts Receivable Manager to join them in Blackburn.

The Accounts Receivable Manager will manage receivables, ensuring timely payments and optimal credit limits. This role supports customer service and sales teams, crafts innovative compliance strategies, and provides critical financial insights to management.Key Responsibilities:The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all outstanding receivables of the business, ensuring timely payments and sufficient credit limits for both internal and external stakeholders. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve receivables management, enhance processes, and reduce receivable defaults. Additionally, the manager supports customer service and sales teams with overdue payments and insufficient credit limits by providing necessary information, monitoring payment receipts, and following up on overdue payments. Collaboration with the sales team to resolve any issues related to credit limits and payment terms is also a key aspect of this role.In terms of reporting and analysis, the Accounts Receivable Manager prepares regular reports on the status of receivables, analyses payment trends, identifies potential risks or issues, and provides information to management along with suggesting countermeasures. Conducting detailed analysis of receivables data to identify trends and areas for improvement is essential. Ensuring that all activities in receivables management comply with legal and internal company guidelines is another critical responsibility. Arranging regular training and development sessions for the team are conducted to ensure compliance with guidelines.Requirements:Solution oriented Strong communication skillsBuild relationships with internal and external stakeholders Accounts Receivable Management experience requiredProficiency in accounting software- SAP is preferred
