We pleased to be bringing a Finance Business Partner role to market. Working for one of the North West's most successful organisations, this is a newly formed role supporting the Head of Commercial Finance with various exciting projects.
The business is evolving due to impressive growth and with further growth planned in 2025, this is a key role in the commercial finance team acting as a business partner and trusted advisor, supporting the company's financial strategy.
You will oversee financial planning, manage budgets, analyse financial performance to support decision-making processes as well as identifying potential business opportunities.
As well as working across a range of exciting projects, key deliverables will be:
- Facilitate the driving of business improvement initiatives with stakeholders across the business to drive real tangible improvements to the company's profitability.
- Identify process gaps and coordinate improvements through collaborative stakeholder business partnering
- Responsibility for quality weekly and monthly commercial reports/dashboards
- Lead budgeting and forecasting process
- Using analysis to establish KPIs and new ways to improve efficiencies
- Support the Head of Commercial Finance to motivate and develop more junior members of the commercial team.
YOU:
- Qualified accountant with demonstrable business partnering experience
- Strong influence and stakeholder management experience
- Experienced working in a complex environment with multiple competing demands
- Ability to maintain strong relationships between finance and other commercial teams
- Strong reporting experience with knowledge of IFRS
