- Setting up and reviewing the company’s credit control processes
- Continue to develop credit control processes
- Reviewing and consolidating payment plans
- Overseeing timely allocation of receipts in settlement of invoices
- Credit risk management
- Preparing and reviewing Credit Control KPI metrics and driving performance
- Reviewing sustainability and level of credit limits
- Forecasting short and medium term cash collections
- Relationship management both internally and externally
- Leading and developing the existing credit control team
- Previous experience as a Credit Manager or Credit Control Supervisor
- Experience with developing and training employees
- Self-motivated and confident approach
- Structured and organized
