Clinical Negligence Solicitor Blackburn£50,000-£60,000The FirmA boutique firm in Blackburn are looking to hire an experienced Clin Neg Solicitor. Ideally located, just off the motorway, it makes for an easy commute from the Northwest. Now is the time to join as the firm is expanding and work is flooding in!Main purposes of roleThis Clinical Negligence department provides specialist advice to support clients through their medical negligence claims.  You will work alongside a Senior Associate to undertake a broad mix of high quality clinical negligence work as well as support in the development and growth of the department through marketing & networking activities.
  • Manage a caseload of clinical negligence files, dealing effectively with cases and transactions.
  • Manage time recording, WIP monitoring and billing consistently, meeting targets and objectives set.
  • Deal directly with clients to take instructions and ensuring full understanding in order to deliver on client expectations
  • Research and draft articles and assist with the production of marketing materials.
  • Begin to develop a network of clients, contacts and potential referrers and attend networking events
