Key Responsibilities:
- Control and manage all supplier setups to ensure adherence to company policy.
- Process invoices and reconcile delivery notes to purchase orders.
- Monitor unfulfilled orders and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues.
- Ensure all month-end processes are completed accurately.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of supplier management and purchase order processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
