- Mix of Office and Home Working plus UK travel to develop Franchisee performance
- Location: HQ Blackburn / Franchisee Network stretches from Northeast to South Coast
- Ideal location is North West to Midlands
- Salary: Circa £45’000 base plus franchisee performance bonus
- You will be responsible for driving increased profitability and efficiency through the Franchise network.
- Promote a positive culture ensuring the Franchisees deliver the business strategy of the brand.
- Support, commercially lead and develop Franchisees.
- Partner closely with franchisees to evaluate and support performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Develop operational challenges whilst helping to identify market trends and competitor activity.
- You will have held a multi-site or Area Manager role within business and have a proven ability to lead, inspire teams and influence franchisees to deliver.
- We are open to wide variety of experience (Retail/Hospitality/Education/Sales). However multi-site and team leadership is essential.
- Exposure and understanding to drive sales and teams to deliver increased turnover and profitability.
- P&L exposure.
- You will have a confident, outgoing personality, feeling comfortable to influence business challenges and change.
