A public sector organisation in the East Lancashire area are looking for an accomplished HR Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

A HR manager, you will;

Manage the full recruitment process ensuring compliance is followed
Develop and review HR policies
Manage all employee relation cases
Support managers in the application of policies

To be successful in this role, you will have the following;

CIPD qualification
previous HR management experience
Strong knowledge of UK employment Law

Hours, pay and benefits

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Up to £50,000
30 days holiday plus bank holidays
