A public sector organisation in the East Lancashire area are looking for an accomplished HR Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
A HR manager, you will;
- Manage the full recruitment process ensuring compliance is followed
- Develop and review HR policies
- Manage all employee relation cases
- Support managers in the application of policies
To be successful in this role, you will have the following;
- CIPD qualification
- previous HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of UK employment Law
Hours, pay and benefits
- Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
- Up to £50,000
- 30 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Company pension
