Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Officer to join our clients team in Preston, Lancashire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong HR background who is passionate about supporting employees and fostering a positive work environment.
Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills will ensure a smooth experience for both our clients staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including handling grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Monitor employee attendance, manage leave requests, and process payroll information.
- Assist with training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure employee well-being.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
