£neg + commission + performance bonus
Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Potential hybrid role with two days a week home based
OTE Year One guide would be - £35,000 - £55,000 uncapped
Lets start by getting it out there that this is a new sector of us here at SER Limited, so the Divisional Management part is somewhat future success based. SER Limited have been providing permanent recruitment services since 2007 and currently employee 27 recruiters based from one central office in Blackburn, Lancashire.
As part of our targeted growth, we are now looking to build a temporary supply desk on a local and national basis. We envisage the first step in this process is to recruit a driven recruiter who has previous temporary recruitment experience to work alongside the Directors at SER Limited and to establish a foot hold for the service then with investment expand the recruitment team to include, recruiters, compliance executives and resourcers.
In the first instance the duties of the Divisional Manager will include:
Business Development
Process documentation
Resourcing and interviewing
Contract negotiation
Input into the developing marketing strategy
Shift filling
Once we have a growing desk the duties will start to include or shift towards:
Account Management
Internal Recruitment
Problem solving
Performance reporting
KPI and target setting
Staff training, motivation and management
Person Requirements:
We are looking for someone who ideally has previous recruitment experience, however candidates with previous business to business experience will also be considered.
Strong communication skills are a must along with a proactive approach to work.
We feel that sales ability will be a key skill required to be successful in this position and you therefore MUST have a proven track record in sales or account management.
