Your new role

As an HR Advisor, you will report to the Senior HR Advisor and support the delivery of efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable HR services. You will collaborate with corporate and retail leadership teams to create a positive people culture. Your responsibilities will include providing HR advice and guidance on employee relations, HR processes, policies, and procedures. You will also utilise HR data to influence decision-making and identify key areas for improvement. This is a full-time, office-based role at the company's head office in Blackburn.

What you will need to succeed

• CIPD qualified with a desire to progress
• Experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Proficiency in IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Employee relations experience with sound case management skills
