Join a leading Fire & Security company who are a leader in innovative security systems and services with a history spanning over 200 years. Reed is currently seeking an ER Services Advisor to join a high-performing shared services team. This role is crucial in providing professional and accurate Employee Relations advice to the business, ensuring the best outcomes for both employees and the company.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Receive and action telephone enquiries from the business.
  • Provide specialist support and advice in relation to employee relations matters to line managers and employees.
  • Attend meetings with managers across the business to discuss and resolve ER issues.
  • Provide support on projects within the HR department.
  • Administer HR processes and procedures.
  • Ensure completion of cases within KPI timescales.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and files.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a generalist HR role with exposure to ER related matters.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines with high volumes and conflicting demands.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player.

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday | Rota 9am - 5pm then 8am - 4pm | Hybrid working.
