As a rapidly growing organisation, Marston Holdings, are expanding our Internal Recruitment team, with an experienced Recruiter. 

A newly created role, offering the scope to bring new ideas and work towards improved processes.

The role will suit a highly motivated professional, who demonstrates a solid understanding of talent management and candidate attraction within a multi-brand, multi-site organisation, engaging with a wide variety of talent. Experience in Engineering Recruitment would be ideal, but you will also be working on roles in Finance, Operations, Transportation and Technology to name a few.

We are looking for a proactive approach, proven success in high-volume recruitment and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid-based role, with office and national travel required as per business needs. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs, providing guidance, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Utilising multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conducting initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's values.
  • Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the first point of contact. 

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to effectively attract and manage candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage high volume vacancies with multiple responsibilities and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Holder of a valid Full, clean, UK Drivers Licence
