We are seeking an HR Advisor to join a dynamic team in a global organisation that specialises in providing advanced machinery solutions for the packaging industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line HR support and advice across the business, escalating issues when needed
  • Mediate employee disputes and support a positive working environment
  • Maintain and manage HR documentation and databases, including employee records
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, from job postings to interviews and onboarding
  • Offer guidance on disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring compliance with timelines
  • Manage absence and holiday processes
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improving employee retention
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies
  • Manage the HR software system, including new starters and leavers
  • Create and distribute monthly company newsletters
  • Provide admin support for HR projects and board reporting
  • Support reception duties, visitor inductions, and general office admin

Salary

Up to 35,000 per annum, (Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm, Friday 8:00am-12:00pm), also flexible working hours.
