Your new company

A growing Finance team based in Blackburn, are now recruiting on a full-time permanent basis for a Systems Administrator. This is due to the development of internal progression the business. Searching for an experienced, ambitious administrator as this is a great opportunity to join an established business and develop your skills within Business Support.The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with an hour's lunch break, within a very modern and stylish office.

Your new role

As Systems Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of our systems division by providing administrative support for the team.
  • Maintaining records and files.
  • Inputting and processing information, details, and documentation onto the company's system.
  • Supporting colleagues across the business with systems training.
  • Working flexibly in a rapidly developing office environment.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Detail-oriented and investigative.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Financial, analytical, and numerical skills.
  • Previous debt collection experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Asset Finance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
