Multitask Recruitment Solutions arecurrently recruiting for an office administrator based in our busy vibrant Blackburn Office.
Duties Include.
- Answering the phone and being the first point of contact for clients.
- Updating the database regularly.
- Checking documents .
- Preparing documents for clients.
- Assisting in time sheets and payroll
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Other standard office duties when required.
The ideal candidate will have.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player.
- Can do Attitude.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Previous office experience/Admin is essential.
The hours can be between 20/30 hours per week Monday to Friday, we are flexible but must be able to work 5 days a week.
