Multitask Recruitment Solutions arecurrently recruiting for an office administrator based in our busy vibrant Blackburn Office.

Duties Include.

  • Answering the phone and being the first point of contact for clients.
  • Updating the database regularly.
  • Checking documents .
  • Preparing documents for clients.
  • Assisting in time sheets and payroll
  • Ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Other standard office duties when required.

The ideal candidate will have.

  • Attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Can do Attitude.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Previous office experience/Admin is essential.

The hours can be between 20/30 hours per week Monday to Friday, we are flexible but must be able to work 5 days a week.
