Position - Conveyancing Assistant 

Location - Blackburn, Full time in the office

This is a dynamic multi-office practice which provides a comprehensive range of legal services to clients across the North West and UK. Since its people are the firms’ most valuable asset, it is known to make investments in training and development initiatives and offer a supportive yet demanding work environment.

About the role: 

  • Assist Conveyancers in the management of caseload by actioning legal procedures as directed by the Conveyancer
  • Attend to clients, taking instructions, and conducting letter and telephone enquiries as necessary
  • Use the correct practice procedures and systems in order to manage cases effectively
  • Be proficient in using case management systems

About you:

  • Experience in a previous residential property department would be advantageous
  • Reliable and diligent, with good attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A positive approach to working in a busy environment
