Production Manager

Description

We are working exclusively with a Chemical Manufacturer who are looking for an ambitious Production Manager to join the team, based in Blackburn.

Key Responsibilities/The Candidate

• Experience working within a Chemical Manufacturer.
• Able to manage a team and direct reports with KPIS such as waste, efficiency, quality and customer complaints, daily, weekly and monthly.
• Able to use different ERP Systems and get involved with the Production Planning side.
• Experience working on COMAH Sites whilst ensuring Health & safety requirements in all areas of the plant with legal requirements.
• The ability to show strong leadership and management skills creating an effective culture with Continuous Improvement techniques & LEAN Processes.
• Able to manage, plan and schedule for the shift with strong communication skills.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout.
• Able to work and stay calm under pressure and implement a positive culture throughout.
• HACCP Certified.

Salary

• £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
