Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment, seeking opportunities to enhance effectiveness.
  • Provide rapid reactive breakdown repairs to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Oversee maintenance activities across shifts and collaborate with team leaders to prioritise tasks.
  • Assist in installing and validating new production equipment, ensuring smooth handover to operations.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities.

The role offers development and training opportunities and potential for career progression within the Company. The Company also offers a competitive salary of 42,317 per annum with a rotating shift pattern. Monday to Friday with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, comprehensive company pension scheme with a profit related bonus scheme and access to BUPA health care. Free onsite parking is available.
