Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment, seeking opportunities to enhance effectiveness.
- Provide rapid reactive breakdown repairs to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Oversee maintenance activities across shifts and collaborate with team leaders to prioritise tasks.
- Assist in installing and validating new production equipment, ensuring smooth handover to operations.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities.
The role offers development and training opportunities and potential for career progression within the Company. The Company also offers a competitive salary of 42,317 per annum with a rotating shift pattern.
