Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage classes for students aged 11-16, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects.
* Ensure a positive and controlled learning environment, addressing any disruptions.
* Engage students in their work, encouraging productivity and focus.
* Uphold school policies and maintain classroom discipline.
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a UK degree (any discipline) with some prior experience in an educational setting (preferred).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the confidence to manage and engage a class.
* Adaptable, punctual, and able to work across multiple schools in the Blackburn area.
* An interest in education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' learning experience.
