Year 6 Teacher - Blackburn:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a qualified teacher, with experience teaching KS2 to join an excellent school near to Blackburn.

You will need to have excellent curriculum knowledge and the ability to build rapport with students, parents and staff.

Position Details:

  • Position: Year 6 Teacher
  • Hours: 8am-4pm, Mon-Fri, during term time only
  • Type of Work: Temporary
  • Full time/Part time: Full time only
  • Minimum Rate of Pay: £ 135 per day, depending on experience
  • Start date: After Feb half term
  • End date: Ongoing

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

  • Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
  • Qualified Teacher Status is essential
  • Previous experience teaching KS2

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional references
