- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold transactions, and new builds.
- Leading and supervising a team of conveyancers, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure high standards of client service and legal expertise.
- Acting as a key point of contact for complex matters, offering technical support and problem-solving expertise.
- Overseeing compliance, risk management, and best practices within the team to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
- Driving business development and client relationship management, helping to grow the firm's residential property offering.
- 5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing, with a proven track record of handling a high-volume caseload.
- Experience in team leadership, supervision, or mentoring, with a strong ability to develop and support junior team members.
- Excellent technical knowledge of the conveyancing process, regulatory requirements, and lender panel compliance.
- Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- A proactive and solution-driven approach, with strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
