Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings and oversee lettings
  • Manage and maintain an accurate applicant database
  • Provide regular feedback to applicants and landlords
  • Facilitate the lettings process from viewing to move-in
  • Assist with business generation efforts
  • Perform various ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Be proactive in seeking and retaining business

The Individual:Our client is seeking a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join their energetic team. As the face of the business, you will assist the Branch Manager in developing and growing our lettings operations. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
  • A customer-focused mindset
  • A desire to meet and exceed targets
  • Self-motivation and a "can do" attitude
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Competence in arithmetic and English
  • A full UK driving licence
