£150 - £240 per day (salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are QTS.)

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint an ICT Teacher to work in a Secondary school in Blackburn. This is a full-time teaching role starting in April 2025

The role

This role is to cover a resignation and will start April 2025 and will run on a temporary basis till July 2025, with the possibility of extended permanently from September 2025.

The desired IT Teacher will be responsible for implementing and delivering an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for ICT and Computing to students age 11 – 16, including GCSE ICT.

This role would be suitable for both NQTs and experienced Teachers.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of ICT Teacher, you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Or have recent experience of teaching within a Secondary School

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Teachers.

• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring  lessons.
