Behaviour Support Worker - Blackburn:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a Behaviour Support Worker to support pupils with SEMH at a lovely school near Blackburn.

This is a full time position starting in January.

The Role:

  • Liaising with class teachers and parents regarding pupils progress
  • Positively and effectively managing behaviour

Position Details:

  • Minimum Rate of Pay: £95 per day, depending on experience

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting children with SEMH
  • Team Teach would be highly desirable
  • Up to date Safeguarding certificate within the last year (desired but training can be provided)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
