Children's Social Worker Team: Safeguarding Location: Blackburn Rate: £35

Blackburn with Darwen Children’s Services require 3 full time agency social workers to cover in its Safeguarding Service. ASAP start - 3 months

The candidate will have at least 3 years post qualification experience with longer term Safeguarding/CP/Court work and an ability to plan and prioritise their workload.

The candidate must have a SWE registration and be a car driver, with previous experience of the use of Protocol Liquid Logic an advantage but not essential.

You must have good communication skills and be a team worker with the ability to work independently and manage a caseload.

There will be both homeworking and office-based working arrangements as per the service requirements so you will be required to work flexibly.

You will receive regular supervision, be welcomed as part of a good team and in our great Local Authority.
