Reed Education/Lancashire Teaching Agency are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child throughout the school day.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in students’ lives and thrives in a supportive educational environment. The role is required for 5 days per week between 08:30 – 15:30. The role is expected to start as soon as possible and will be expected to go on indefinitely.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide tailored support to students, ensuring their educational and social development.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of individual learning activities.
  • Work closely with the classroom teacher to monitor the student’s progress.
  • Implement strategies to support the student’s learning and engagement.
  • Facilitate a safe and positive learning environment.
