We are looking for a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team, ensuring the smooth operation of production lines by troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing equipment efficiency. Joining a industry leading client, who supply domestically and across Europe, this role is working a 4on4off DAYS shift pattern working in a cleanroom environment. This role offers a stimulating challenge, requiring expertise in electrical and mechanical engineering to prevent downtime and maximize productivity in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance engineer with a strong background in both Electrical Maintenance . If you thrive in problem-solving, enjoy working in a hands-on role, and have experience with conveyors, sealers, weighers, mixers, and similar equipment, this opportunity provides variety, challenge, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform fault finding, preventative, and reactive maintenance to optimize equipment reliability.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize production downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with food safety and health standards.
  • Communicate effectively with operations teams regarding maintenance schedules and activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
