Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in shipping, logistics, or administration? We’re looking for a Shipping Administrator to join our client’s team in Blackburn!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating shipments, ensuring accurate and timely import of goods
- Liaising with couriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to track deliveries
- Managing shipping documentation, including invoices, customs paperwork, and compliance records
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records of stock movements
- Handling queries related to shipping, deliveries, and logistics
What They’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar shipping/logistics admin role
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
