FJA are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in construction for a Site Administrator to join their team in Bury. Occasional travel to other local site locations will be required.

The Site Administrator will provide administrative support on site, managing documentation, schedules, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The role involves coordinating daily operations and supporting site managers with various administrative tasks.

Site Administrator responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and contractors to the site
  • Support with the procurement process
  • Help with purchasing and order management
  • Conduct site visits as required
  • Provide administrative support on construction sites
  • Manage site documentation and ensure accuracy and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support site managers and staff with daily operations and maintain accurate records and report on site activities

Site Administratorrequirements:

  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Driving Licence is required as you will be covering multiple local sites
