Hours: Monday - Friday, full-time (overtime available)

Our client, a leading M&E engineering services provider, is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee electrical works at Shotton Paper Mill in Flintshire. The company has secured a 9 million contract as part of a major 1 billion project, providing electrical installations for large-scale industrial and commercial developments. Full Job Description:

As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing electrical site operations, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will supervise electricians, coordinate site activities, and liaise with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities & Activities:

• Supervise electrical teams on-site, ensuring efficient and high-quality installations.
• Oversee the installation of:
  • Heavy-duty cable trays
  • Power and lighting cabling
  • Control cabling
  • Large LV panel installations
  • Glanding & Termination of cables
• Monitor site safety, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues.
• Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics.
• Complete site reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• ECS/CSCS skill card (essential).
• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor in commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, wiring regulations, and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Flexible approach to working hours and site requirements.

Salary & Package:

• Competitive salary based on experience.
• 28 days holiday and company pension.
• Overtime available (up to 4 hours per day, Monday - Friday).
