Total Staff Services are currently recruiting an experienced UPVC Fitter for one of our clients based in Blackburn however, daily travel will be required. This is a full time permanent role and we're looking for someone who has experience with UPVC and Aluminium products.
Salary: £30k - £40k depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working across the country in both retail and commercial settings.
- Installing products including UPVC windows, doors and conservatories.
- Completing full installations from start to finish.
- Taking measurements prior to installation.
- Making any necessary changes to the products to fit correctly.
- Fitting weather boards and UPVC or aluminum sealant around the window or door.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
- A Full Clean UK Driving License & access to vehicle.
- Excellent joinery skills.
- Ability to work alone on your own initiative.
- Good general knowledge of building work.
- Plastering knowledge is desirable but not essential.
