Career progression and appropriate levels of training and support will be available in this role.Key Benefits/ Rewards on Offer:• Office based role, 37.5 hours with flexibility on working hours – start time between 8am-9am and finish between 5pm-6pm• Ongoing training and development from the FC and FD• Study package (CIMA/ACCA)• Competitive starting salary, reviewed periodically as the role develops• Private healthcare• Various discountsYour New Role as Management Accountant:Reporting to the Financial Controller, responsibilities will include:• Preparation of the management accounts pack • Posting accruals, prepayments and journals• Balance sheet reconciliations• Stock reconciliations, investigating discrepancies• Assist the FC with the production of budgets and forecasts• Support in the year end accounting process• Liaising with Department Heads to deliver and advise on key financial information, helping them manage their budgetsExperience & Qualifications Required to Apply:To be considered, you must be actively studying CIMA/ACCA. Strong Excel skills are required and you will be a confident communicator as this role incorporates many business partnering elements and you will be a key player in various projects which require working cross-functionally with various non-finance staff.
