As theyecontinue to expand, they are seeking a talented and motivated Part Qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Support budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Participate in financial forecasting and planning processes.
  • Prepare accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.
  • Conduct cost analysis and performance evaluations to provide insightful financial information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support business decision-making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Requirements:

  • Part qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a management accounting role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and a desire to learn and progress.
