Administrative Assistant
Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the Lancashire area who require a full-time Administrative Assistant.
- Managing 3 inboxes, 2 low traffic (FOI & Legal Claims) and 1 medium traffic (Corporate Calendar), ensuring requests and emails are acknowledged and processed in a professional manner
- Formatting and checking documents on behalf of Directors and Corporate staff, ahead of them being sent to both internal and external parties
- Collating documents and packs prior to executive level meetings
- Receiving both electronic HR files and physical HR paperwork to be uploaded onto the internal HR system
- Attending informal meetings with between 4-8 attendees to take notes/informal minutes, writing up after and circulating to relevant parties
- Processing and uploading received purchase orders
- Booking meeting rooms in the office on behalf of Directors and wider staff
- Sorting any post received by the corporate office and distributing accordingly
