Salary: £26,325 per annum

What You'll Be Doing- Managing diaries, emails, and phone calls to provide seamless administrative support.
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate records.
- Taking minutes during meetings, including those dealing with confidential personnel matters.
- Liaising with staff, service users, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of corporate events and projects.
- Maintaining and improving office systems and databases.
- Proven experience working in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A highly organised individual who can multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
