Job responsibilities of the Export Sales Manager
In order to manage and develop their international export sales team, they wish to recruit an Export Sales Manager.

The job will cover the following requirements:

  • Manage an export sales team
  • Analyse country-by-country sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Identify, appoint and develop new distributors and support existing distributors
  • Develop indirect sales and marketing strategies
  • Identify opportunities for lucrative new product development
  • Develop relationships with a growing emphasis on video presentation as part of our carbon emission reduction strategy

The successful candidate background

  • Fluent English is essential. Fluent in additional languages strongly preferred, ideally Spanish or French but all languages considered
  • Previous experience in an export sales development role
  • Experience in selecting, appointing and developing new distributor accounts
  • The ability to travel internationally when required
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills
  • Good administrative, organisational and time management skills
  • Strong research skills and good commercial awareness
