Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Advisor
Hours: 9-5 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Role Overview
As a Sales & Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice, processing orders, and ensuring an extraordinary service experience. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls, emails, and queries from customers, offering product advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Sales Support: Pro actively identify sales opportunities, up sell products, assist customers in placing orders, handling returns and payment processing.
- Order Management: Process/track orders and returns accurately, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication throughout.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer issues and complaints promptly, finding resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our range of bathroom products, understanding their features and benefits to guide customers effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse, drivers, sales reps and accounts teams to ensure seamless customer service
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a wholesale, retail, or trade environment.
- Strong communication and social skills with a confident and professional approach.
- Ability to multi task, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM systems, email, and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of bathroom products or the home improvement sector is advantageous but not essential.
