Role Responsibilities

  • Supporting teaching staff in whole class settings, ensuring students are fully engaged and supported

  • Providing 1:1 and small group intervention to help students meet their individual learning needs

  • Assisting with the development of tailored learning approaches to address varying student abilities and requirements

  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience working with students is desirable

  • A passion for education and supporting students to achieve their best

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also being proactive and independent when needed

  • Flexible and able to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and needs
